In the April edition of the British magazine "Park Home & Holiday Caravan" has come out a very

Within 21 - 24 February Royal Europa took part next time in the International Building Fair Kievbuild 2006.
This exhibition is a part of a big building event known as the Ukrainian Building Week. Increasing
statistical data only confirm popularity and prestige of this event: 8.500 m2
of an exhibition space, about 300 exhibitors from tens countries, over 20.000 visitors
(even 95% of them are professionals).

On 20th February 2006 Royal Europa introduced Quality Management System on the basis of a norm PN-EN ISO 9001:2001
"Systems of managing the quality. Requirements." At present there are being held preparations for certification of introduced system,
there are being held internal trainings of employees. At the same time there are conducted series of
internal audits which are to improve the system.

In January this year Royal Europa has introduced its newest product - elevation panels Timber Trend.
Official debut took place on this year BUDMA and a big interest of the potential customers and
their positive opinions only confirmed the attractiveness of this facade. Because Timber Trend
panels are in fact the only product of this kind accessible on the market.

There has been completed this year, 15th exhibition of International Building Fair BUDMA 2006,
organized in Poznań within 24-27th January 2006. Royal Europa has presented its production offer
on a smartly projected stand of 80 sqm stand, in the pavilion 5, in which exhibit
leading producers of window profiles and windows.

Royal Europa is introducing into the market a new system of windows - ROYAL SLIDER.
This is a kind of sliding windows, designed for agricultural buildings
(barns, cowshed, chicken coops, piggeries) and industrial buildings
(production halls, warehouses, shelters, garages, basements and workshops).
These windows may be used as an element of interior walls (for example ticket-offices).

For the sixth time we have had a good time on the Summer Family Picnic, outdoor entertainment
organized for all employees, their families and invited guests. This year picnic
was held on 11th June and in fact it was not too summery. The only consolation for
autumn wind and cold was the fact that it hadn't rained. The organizers provided however
so many attractions that the weather conditions didn't hinder to anyone.

We have a pleasure to inform you that Royal Europa has begun intense works on the
implementation of the quality management system according to the norm PN-EN ISO 9001:2001.
Process o ISO system's implementation follows under the supervision of a
consulting company Koncept from Warsaw, which coordinates works of inner auditors.

Royal Europa - a member of Konsorcjum Inicjatywy Pro PVC
Since 2004 Royal Europa has been a member of Konsorcjum Inicjatywy Pro PVC.
The consortium includes 13 most dynamic companies from window branch, for example Deceunick,
Gealan, Roplastu, Veka, Dekura, Pro Eko, Plastmo Profile, Royal Europa,
Brügmann, Dimex, LB Profile Poland, Metalplast, Zakłady Azotowe
in Tarnów/Mościce.

Implementation of a new software Axapta
In half of March this year Royal Europa began works on implementing a new information
system Microsoft Business Solutions-Axapta. It will
replace the existing one- SIMPLE.
Microsoft Business Solutions - Axapta enables better and effective running
of a company in such fields as: management of customers,
production, finance, supplies, projects and employees as well as reports
and analysis.

BUDMA 2005
Number of exhibitors and space of exhibitions on Budma 2005
is comparable with last year fair, however in a general opinion of
exhibitors, this event has been losing successively its range,
meaning and prestige.
In a second half of January Royal Europa has taken part in the largest
Polish event International Building Fair BUDMA 2005. On the stand of
100sqm, which has been projected by Poznań Commercial Agency Van
Hagen, Royal Europa has presented all its products. Main stress
was put however on window profiles, mainly for the
reason that the stand was located in "window & custom profiles" pavilion.

Canadian Day of Economic Cooperation - Canada Trade Day 2005
Canadian Day of Cooperation is a traditional meeting organized by the Canadian Embassy and
is held under the name "Canada Trade Day". The idea
of the meeting is to integrate companies with Canadian capital shares, which act
on the territory of Poland, bilateral exchange of trade information, and promotion of economic
Canadian and Polish relations.

INTENSIVE PREPARATIONS FOR BUDMA.
Preparations for the XIII Edition of the International Building Fairs - BUDMA held
in Poznań from January 20 - January 23, 2004, that has been lasting for several
months, accelerate now. The BUDMA Fairs are the greatest and the most prestige
building show in the country and in Middle - Eastern Europe. They are also a great
gala for companies representing the building industry where, as it is anticipated,
about one thousand exhibitors shall be present - the exhibitors showing their
products in the area of nearly 40000 square meters.

Royal Europa sponsors programme of "Constructing the Polish Artificial Heart"
Royal Europa sponsors programme of "Constructing the Polish Artificial Heart" which
is being promoted by the Fund of Developing the cardio surgery and is led
by Professor Zbigniew Religa. Sponsorship contract was written in the beginning
of December last year. That means that during the whole year 2005
we will support development of Polish cardio surgery and implementation of new
techniques and technologies within the scope of curing the heart. The
contract allows Royal Europa to use the logo of Polish Artificial Heart as well
as the description which sounds "Royal Europa supports the Programme of Constructing Polish
Artificial Heart".

President of the Board of Royal Europa honored with the prize "For contributions to the Building".
For the proposal of Polish Chamber of Building, Minister of Infrastructure Krzysztof
Opałowski admitted to the President Boguslaw Fusiek honorable award
"For contributions to the Building".
Such awards are admitted by the Ministry of Infrastructure for long-term and
faithful cooperation in building sector and are dedicated to those
entrepreneurs who, thanks to their work and engagement, contributed to
a development of their company and development of building branch in Poland.

CHRISTMAS HELP for children from orphanages of Polkowice.
Similarly as it was last year, Royal Europa organized the Christmas Help for
children in orphanages located in the Polkowice county. The help was directed to
35 children aged 6-18 from the Socializing "Skarbek" House of Polkowice and the
Family Orphanage located in Chocianów.

WINNER IN THE "WORKER OF THE YEAR 2003" COMPETITION.
The first edition of the "Worker of the year 2003" competition has been settled.
The competition commission selected a winner from among 7 candidates who qualified
to the 2nd stage - he is Roman Waligóra, a worker in the Window Assembly Section,
employed since October 2001.

Novelty on window profiles' market- GOLD LINE system
In autumn last year Royal Europa introduced into the market its newest product:
5-chamber window profile system GOLD LINE. This proposal complements existing
systems: Silver Line (4-chamber) and Steel Line (3-chamber).
The main feature of a new system GOLD LINE is high aesthetics and outstanding
quality. It has the best advantages of Silver Line, as for example
durability of color, freeze-resistance and streamlined shape Sof Line. Thanks
to additional chambers and wide framework it gains higher heat-protection.
Low profile - typical for GOLD LINE system - cause an enlargement of natural
light in interiors.

ROYAL EUROPA AT THE BATIMAT FAIRS in PARIS.
Royal Europa shall participated for the first time at the international Batimat
fairs held in France from November 3 through November 8, 2003, in
the Paris Show Centre - "Porte de Versailles". There are present 2.200
exhibitors from 33 countries, occupying the area of about 120ooo square meters.
Poland shall be represented by 8 companies, including Royal Europa.

Official announcement of results of the competition sponsored by Royal Europa.
On September 30, 2003 in the Gallery - Galeriia Artysty Plastyka - in Warsaw there
was held a ceremony of official announcement of results of the IX edition of the
AVAILABLE HOUSE" competition. The ceremony of handing the awards was participated
by the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Chairman of the
Housing and Town Development Authority - Marek Bryx, the Chief Inspector of
Building Supervision - Andrzej Urban, the President of Board of Directors of
the MURATOR Publishing House - Zygmunt Stępiński, and the President of Board
of Directors of the "AVAILABLE HOUSE" FOUNDATION - Joanna Porębska.

This year met of contracting parties of Royal Europa were organized In a primitive style
of the Galindowie Tribe. It is a tradition of Royal Europa to organize meets of
distributors participation of contracting parties that permanently co-operate with
us in September each year upon completion of the building season. Such meets become
a perfect chance of mutual integration and Exchange of views in less official
manners and often in a charming atmosphere. This time the Meet of Distributors of
Royal Siding and the II Meet of Silver Line Window Manufacturers were organized
in the ''Galindia'' center in the Mazovian District, in a very original pagan
style referring to the tradition and customs of the Galindowie tribe.

Royal Europa has signed a contract with a Lithuanian company EKSPOSTATYBA, which
was the basis of cooperation in the area of Silver Line window profile sales on the markets of Baltic
States - Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. This is the beginning of promising cooperation - Ekspostatyba
and its commercial partners have also shown interest in gutter systems as well as fences.

Royal Europa is taking part in GAFA International Garden Fairs- which are closing today.
It is the largest and most prestigious garden industry fair in Germany - also considered as
one of the largest in Europe. The exhibitors from a few dozen countries from all over the world
have confirmed their participation in the event.

In the year 2002 Royal Europa introduces new products to the Polish market: RoyalTel tele-engineering containers and anti-noise baffles called Royal Road Barrier.
They are completely new products in the assortment of products manufactured by Royal Europa, and at the same time new directions of the Company development. A base of these two products is the Royal Building System technology having been promoted in Poland since 1998, originally in the sector of housing. Flexibility and versatility of the system provides much wider possibilities of new solution in products. An effect of it is an introduction of two new products to the market within one year. Polish building companies must fight with the realities of the present very difficult economic situation. A recession, a cancellation of the building allowance, and economic crisis force most of them to introduce emergency plans of survival that would allow them find markets to sell their products. Actions directed to restructuring are mostly employed, though the simples ones, those which are connected with a disposal of the property or employment reduction. While, on the other side, actions aimed at an expansion to foreign markets are much more difficult, but very effective. That is the way of Royal Europa to overpass a poor economic situation in the building branch

It is a great pleasure to advise that Royal Europa was honoured by the Minister of Economy for outstanding achievements in exports and was granted a title "EUROPRODUCT 2001" in relation to products offered by the Company, i.e., Silver Line window profiles, Royal Siding vinyl façade finish, and RBS structural elements. The both awards were granted as a result of the 2nd edition of the all-Polish competition "EUROPRODUCT" organized by "EUROFAKTY", a Magazine of European Integration.
