GALINDMAN'S TRADITIONS
This year met of contracting parties of Royal Europa were organized In a primitive style of the Galindowie Tribe. It is a tradition of Royal Europa to organize meets of distributors participation of contracting parties that permanently co-operate with us in September each year upon completion of the building season. Such meets become a perfect chance of mutual integration and Exchange of views in less official manners and often in a charming atmosphere. This time the Meet of Distributors of Royal Siding and the II Meet of Silver Line Window Manufacturers were organized in the ''Galindia'' center in the Mazovian District, in a very original pagan style referring to the tradition and customs of the Galindowie tribe. This is a successive event organized by Royal Europa In such an untypical form. Last year the event was held as a medieval entertainment of knights in the courtyard of the medieval castle of Bolków. This time we and our guests went back to the ages before the Middle Ages with shamans, Lithuanian bards, ceremonial rituals and brave warriors - the times of the Galindowie tribe living In the region of great Mazovian lakes several hundred years ago... Pink candies and concubines Wearing in clothes of Galindowie people, in funny "cave-man" wigs, the guests could forget for a moment about business matters, sales schedules, everyday fight and hurry. That peculiar evening was inaugurated by "Galindówka" - an artistic performance led by Galindowie people's headman Izegus II. The entertainment was in a grotesque-style performance where serious businessmen played a role of shamans, exotic dancers, pink candies or restive horses. An election of the headman of the Galindowie tribe and the Wildest Concubine introduced a very specific climate. Though it may sound too lascivious - it has not been wrong at all. Each participant was appointed a Galindman and was named by a Galindman's manner. A souvenir of the evening was a wooden club granted to each guest. Successive attractions after the night convivial gathering The day after, guests faced successive attractions. This time - Galindman's integration activities and boat expedition to the amber excavation. The Galindman's boat voyage was a unique experience for our guests. The boat dancing around its axis made all work commonly in a team and row rhythmically. A vision of the coming dinner was a good stimulus to pass problems successfully and reach the place of destination. In the bank there waited hard activities like climbing to reach a trophy, driving Galindman's carts, wild boar-hunting, and amber prospecting. Best Distributors of Siding Traditionally, meets of distributors are a chance to grant awards to companies that obtained distinguished results in sales and showed good commercial co-operation. The title of the Best Distributor of Royal Siding in the season of 2003 and the main award (a weekly excursion for two persons to Egypt) was won by the GREINPLAST PODKARPACIE company of Krosno. The second place in the ranking of the Best Distributor of Royal Siding of the year 2003 was won by the ROLL-MAX company of Kęty, and the III place - the ASKO company of Białystok. The title of the Debutant of the year 2003 was granted to the PANEL-STYL company of Białystok. Among foreign companies, the ASPEKS company of Ukraine was distinguished for a very good commercial co-operation and special achievements in propagation of the Royal Siding trade make in the Ukrainian market. Best Manufacturers of Silver Line Windows During the II Meet of Silver Line Windows Manufacturers the title of the "Best Promising Manufacturer of SILVER LINE Windows in the Year 2003" and the main prize (in a form of a foreign excursion for two persons to Egypt) were granted to the DIAMONT company of Nowa Sól. This award was granted for achievement of the leader position in purchases of Silver Line window profiles and a very good commercial co-operation. Honorable diplomas were handed to the OKNOSTYL company of Jacków, the KALPLAST company of Ełk, and the DOMIS company of Stryków. Also new companies that started co-operation with Royal Europa this year were distinguished. Certificates conforming the granted title of the "Authorized Manufacturer of Silver Line Windows" were handed to the EUROPROFIL company of Gdynia, the GAL-DREW company of Nisko, the FTS-TECHNIKA OKIEN company of Lubartów, the WITRAŻ company of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, the DOZAMEL company of Wrocław, the METALPLAST-LOB company of Leszno, the AREX company of Elbląg, the DOBROPLAST company of Laskowiec Stary, the KONKRET company of Toruń, and the KAZIK of Sosnowiec. Galindland - the Eden in the Mazovian District The GALINDIA centre where companies co-operating with us were invited is located on the bank of the Bełdany lake, in the peninsula marked in tourist maps as the most beautiful vantage point. It is recommended by most of domestic and foreign tourist guides, including, among other things, ADAC, Europa, Pascal, or Lonley Planet. The Galindland was visited by many noble and well-known persons like Bogusław Linda, Allan Starski, Jerzy Kryszak, Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz, or Maciej Płażyński. It also entertained the first ranks of the biggest and the most known Polish companies that appreciate the unique atmosphere of the place. It is worth saying that the Galindia centre was distinguished by the Pascal Publishing House for its exceptional climate, unrepeatable style and special quality of provided services. Polish media still provide new and numerous favorable comments on the centre.
